How to open a wholesale trade account

Universal Wholesale sells to licensed businesses only. A trade account unlocks wholesale pricing, online ordering and your order and invoice history across the website and mobile app.

What you need

• Your business name, address and a contact phone number
• Your tax ID (EIN), if you have one
• Your tobacco or retail licence number

How approval works

Apply online in about two minutes. Our team verifies every application before wholesale pricing is enabled — usually within one business day — and may call you to confirm details. You'll receive an email as soon as your account is approved.

Once you're approved

• Your prices appear on every product page and in your cart
• You can order by the piece, pack or case where available
• Your dashboard shows open orders, invoices, balances and payment terms
• Any past order can be repeated in one click
