Ordering by piece, pack or case
How ordering units, flavors and notes work on Universal Wholesale.
By Universal Wholesale
Many products are available in more than one ordering unit. On the product page, choose how you want to order — for example a single piece, a display pack of 10, or a full case.
How pricing works
Your wholesale price is shown per piece. When you choose a pack or case, the total is the per-piece price multiplied by the number of pieces in that unit, so you always know exactly what you are paying.
Flavors and options
Where a product comes in different flavors or colors, pick the option you want before adding it to your cart. Each flavor becomes its own line, so mixed orders stay clear for you and our warehouse team.
Notes
Use the notes field on a product for anything else — a mix of flavors inside a pack, a substitution preference, or a delivery instruction for that line.
Availability
Signed-in trade customers can see how many pieces are available and whether more stock is on the way before placing an order.
