Returns

Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt with prior authorization from our sales team. Opened, used or age-restricted consumable products (including e-liquids, disposables and pouches) cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective products

Report defective items within 7 days with your order number and a photo. Approved claims are credited to your account or exchanged, subject to manufacturer warranty terms.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit within 7–10 business days.
